A wow location

A superb location west of St Davids set on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Walk down through the fields of Treginnis Uchaf Farm to Porthllisky Beach, and you may spot butterflies and moths in the wildlife corridor in this valley on this Organic farm.

From Porthllisky beach, join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to head westwards to view Ramsey Island and the spectacular Treginnis headland. It is wonderful to spot Oystercatchers on the beach.  When you walk the other way you end up at Porthclais Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored.  You might get lucky and buy a few fresh mackeral.

Children enjoy going crabbing off Porthclais harbour wall.

Harbour porpoises can be seen feeding in the fast currents in Ramsey Sound. Just take a picnic and enjoy the peace and calm of this picturesque area.  Seals are often in the coves around the headland, espcially in late August and September with their young pups.

Just sit and enjoy your glass of wine outside your caravan and watch the fantastic sunsets or survey badgers and foxes across the valley.

Whitesands, a blue flag beach, is only a 10 minute car drive away.  Fancy a walk along the coastal path and reach this wonderful beach which is ideal for surfing and swimming, with lifeguards on duty.

Visit the new St Davids Lifeboat station just a short walk from Treginnis Uchaf along the coastpath.
